Columbus Georgia Regional Workshop presents a songwriter’s seminar with
Brian White
Brian began playing the guitar in his teens and played in a Christian pop/rock band in college. By the late 80’s he had established himself as a premier songwriter with the Benson Music Group, now known as Brentwood-Benson Music Publishing. He has written for such artists as Avalon, 4 Him, Point of Grace, Brian Littrell, Selah, The Crabb Family, All Star United,Greg Long, Larnelle Harris, Jaci Velasquez, Cliff Richard, Judy Martin Hess and many others. His writing has earned him 11 #1 songs, as well as two Dove Awards. After 5 albums and 14 years on the road touring, Brian decided to spend more time writing and ministering on a local level. He currently records and tours as a solo artist and has recently expanded his writing into the Country market. He has written songs for Trace Adkins, Neal McCoy, Rodney Atkins and BlackHawk. His hit songs include “The Promise” and “Watching You.”
Saturday, February 28 - First Presbyterian Church, 1100 First Avenue, Columbus, GA
Registration - 9:00AM Sessions 9:30 AM – 4 PM (with lunch break) 7 PM In The Round with Brian White, Pete Sallis and Karyn Williams
Event Fee is $60.00 - includes two concert tickets, if paid by February 6th. After February 6th, $75.00. Make check payable to NSAI Columbus Chapter, can be mailed to Nona Christie, 4 Audubon Court, Columbus, GA 31909 or delivered to Gorilla Guitars 1038 Broadway. Concert tickets only: $15.00 available at the door. Bring a CD and two lyric sheets of a song for an evaluation.
